Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the A&A Private Transportation LLC (the “Company”) limo services website (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

Reservations

To make a reservation, you must provide the Company with your name, contact information, and the details of your ride request. You must also pay a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours in advance.

Payments

The balance of your payment is due at the time of service. You can pay with cash, credit card, or debit card.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the Company as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

Vehicle Changes

The Company reserves the right to change the vehicle used for your reservation without notice. However, the Company will make every effort to provide you with a comparable vehicle.

Liability

The Company is not liable for any damages or losses caused by delays, cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
